We often eat meals that are bad for our health especially those of us who engage in minimal exercise and in this lockdown period it’s not uncommon to wonder what can I eat that wouldn’t have adverse effect on my health isn’t necessarily distasteful and actually improves my health, well here are your answers some everyday foods that are very healthy for consumption that you could consider you feel like trying out that donut.
