What exactly does it mean to be a shadow head or leader, it ranges from shadow leaders in gangs to shadow leaders of whole countries. It takes a vote or a coup to take over a country but sometimes the truth behind the situation of power is determined by the people that surround that leader from pressure groups to advisers to trusted personnel.
To know how powerful a shadow is we may have to look all the way back to even the biblical ages where king Herod’s decision to execute all children in Bethlehem was not initially conceived by him but by the people that surrounded him, a shadow but not quite literally .
When it comes to governing a country be it a democracy, a monarchy, a junta, or even a theocracy distribution of power may not always be as it seems, using Nigeria as a case study most people saw Abba Kyari (Allah rest his soul), as nyhe shadow head of a Nigerian where the chief of staff has not only the means to control the flow of information but also determine the way in which the information is passed, that alone is the power of a shadow, a shadow may not always draw the most attention but is always capable of presenting itself however necessary.
So the question is what exactly is the power of a shadow? It is the ability to change the perception of things without truly being able to see that thing, but what happens when a shadow has so much influence and is not in concord with the leader in the light like in the case of Donald trump and Anthony Fauci, well I promise you nothing except utter confusion. That is the power of a shadow. Let’s be careful that we don’t have dangerous ones following behind us.
